Notification of Foreign Activity

The Harry Fox Agency, Inc. offers publishers and licensees a single source for licensing and for the collection and distribution of royalties.

Below is the link to HFA's international Notification of Foreign Activity Form, which has been devised to facilitate the collection of mechanical royalties due from releases in foreign territories in which you have designated HFA to act as your agent.

To ensure that your publishing interests are accurately represented, please use the following instructions when completing these forms: Type or neatly print all information. You can type directly in the .pdf form.

• List only one product (e.g. album, single, LP, etc.) per country of manufacture on each form.
• List only the countries with whose societies HFA has reciprocal agreements. Click on the link below for this list. (Please note "USA" is not a valid country of manufacture for this form).
• Provide all relevant details related to each product release, e.g. Product Title, Record Label, Catalogue Number, Release Date, Country of Manufacture, etc. If any of these fields are missing, we may not be able to process your NFA.
• Attach any supplementary materials that show proof of release. You must provide proof for each country in which the product was manufactured. Examples are the product itself, the label copy, a copy of the packaging, or web site printouts.
• If you do not know your "P#" or your "IPI/CAE #", you can leave those fields blank.

Upon receipt, we will contact our affiliate societies in the appropriate territories. Please note that international royalty collection generally takes longer than domestic, and royalty collections for older releases may be limited by territorial statute of limitations.
